~~Hidden Angel~~ Suu is the major character of the story and what is known as a four-leaf clover. That means that she has the highest level power so she is a major threat to the government. The council of five wizards would not be able to stop her if she were to decide to use her powers. She isn't allowed to love anyone, because they are afraid that the other person could make her do things with her powers that may not be in their best interests. The only value her mother saw in her was the money she made when she sold her to the Clover project. She stays hidden away, unloved and alone, until she hears Oruha's song. She calls her and they become friends, but this relationship probably led to Oruha's death. She decides that even she, a four-leaf clover, deserves to be happy. She is allowed to go to Fairy Park to find happiness, with the understanding that she would kill herself when she did.
Although Suu seems a bit sad, she isn't bitter about her situation. Her ability to put a name to what she feels is limited, most likely from her years of isolation. She feels that she probably shouldn't have existed in the first place, but she shows no anger towards the ones that fear her power. In fact, she is in that cage because she has agreed to be there. Despite her great power, she seems to be as fragile as a flower.

~~The Remaining Lover~~Kazuhiko was a subordinate officer to Gingetsu, but he wasn't the best at obeying orders. He met Oruha a couple of years before her death (they met around the time Lan came to live with Gingetsu, and Suu met him two years later, just after Oruha had died...) in the place where she was a singer. After Oruha was killed, he quit the military to find her killer. He took the assignment to transfer Suu as a favor to one of the wizards who had gotten him out of trouble in the past. While transporting Suu to Fairy Park, he learns about her connection to his past love and perhaps he understands his mission a bit better.
He seems to be a kind optimistic person who was deeply in love with Oruha. He is dedicated, but reasonable but he has a problem with taking orders.

~~Hidden Eyes~~Almost always sporting a pair of dark sunglasses, Gingetsu is an extremely talented soldier. He can seem almost stoic at times, while kind at others. He cares a great deal about Lan as well as Kazuhiko. He promised Kazuhiko not to die before him, which was the same promise Kazuhiko made to Oruha.
At a first glance he seems to be a workaholic with a rather cold personality. In truth he is extremely dedicated and very kind, especially to Lan. He offered to have a devise implanted in his head so that if he and Lan ever tried to take over the world, the wizards would be able to kill him. He did this so he and Lan could be together.

~~The Reborn Brother~~Lan was originally C and was kept in a cage like Suu with his two twin brothers, A and B. After A killed B, C escaped and was eventually found by Gingetsu who had been assigned to find him. He is allowed to go free as long as he stays away from A. A gets mad that C could be happy without him, but C tells him that he will never love anyone as much as him.
Of all the men, Lan (or Ran, depending) seems to be the most sensitive and gentle of the bunch. He is extremely kind and helpful, as well as loyal. That may be why he is such a good match for Gingetsu. He is just an absolute Cutipie. He happens to be my favorite Clover man.
.:Oruha:.
~~Angel Eyes~~Oruha is a beautiful singer who happens to be a one-leaf clover. Her power is to see her death. This was a difficult power to deal with, as it kept her from loving many things. In the end, however, she loved singing, Kazuhiko, and Suu. Although her death was a tragedy, she gave Suu the idea of searching for happiness.
Despite the sadness that comes with her power, she seems to be an optimist. She is warm and bubbly to a certain extent, and always very kind. Suu may have died because of her, but Oruha saved her from a further life of loneliness and isolation.

~~Best Enemy~~Barus is one of the bad guys of the story and attacks Suu and Kazuhiko several times. He flirts with him but hates him at the same time. He is a pervert and a complete jerk. It seems he is the one that took Kazuhiko's arm. He appears to be suprised though when the amusement park crumbles with Suu still inside.

~~Love Me Most~~ A is the brother of C and B who he had already killed. He is believes that he and his brother are the two most powerful clovers because he doesn't know about Suu. A (Lan) knows that he is rather insane and decides to escape from him but A pursues him until C promises to love no one more than he.
