Ogura Jinpachi
If anything describes Jinpachi, it would be emotional. He doesn’t hide his feelings about anything, even if he sometimes embarrasses himself or others. He acts without much thought, but he is a nice guy who is dedicated to his friends. Although he is a lot like his former incarnation Gyokuran (despite what Issei might say to the contrary), he is less of a goody goody.

Jinpachi and Issei share dreams of a life on the moon because, as they would learn, Enju (the girl Issei became in the dreams) was a telepath. Jinpachi started to have moon dreams later than Sakura or Daisuke so neither him nor Issei remembered the final events on the moon. In fact, they didn’t even know that they were memories of a past life. A conversation between him and Issei was overheard by Alice, and their explanation of the incident inadvertanly lead to both Alice awakening as Mokuren and Rin awakening as Shion.

When Alice tells them about her dream, he is excited about finding the others from their dreams. Issei suggests that they post notices in mystery magazines, which Jinpachi thinks is a brilliant idea. As a result, they are able to find Hiiragi (Daisuke) and Shuseran (Sakura) who fill in the blanks a bit more for them. He supports the group meetings even after Alice and Issei quit going, but he doesn’t seem to have the same problem reconciling his new identity with that of his old life as the other two.

He does, however, fall for Alice as Gyokuran fell for Mokuren and he is clueless about Issei’s struggle with his feelings for his best friend. Still, when it becomes clear that Alice is interested in someone else, he lets her go rather than pining like Gyokuran. He is much more observant than his previous incarnation. He suspects that Haruhiko isn’t Shion before anyone else just by noticing the way he talks.

He is a fairly powerful ESPer, but he can’t control his powers. In his past life he had to wear earrings to control his power, but now his "Earth body" seems to hold his power in check. He uses it once to protect Alice from some bullies Rin sends to beat up Jinpachi and Issei, but he didn’t remember doing it afterwards. The jet of power he set out was like a steam of intense energy.

In the end, he helps save Rin even after everything he did to them as Shion. Issei lets go of Enju’s feelings for Gyokuran and the two are able to remain close friends. Alice and Rin eventually get married and have an evil looking child, and Jinpachi appears to have moved on as well. His “potential” love interest is a young girl who first had a crush on Rin, but now has feelings for Jinpachi. It is assumed that she is the incarnation of the young lady who dated both Gyokuran and Shion in the past. Hopefully they never become a couple.
